The location is really convenient, just a 5-minute walk from a bus stop. the breakfast is delicious and has a great variety of options made to order, so you can enjoy some fantastic food. 🍽️.

Hospitality of the personnel

It is not possible to exchange money of foreign currency which result in forcing the guest to find other alternatives to do it for example at sheraton or hilton which may cause that the guest would prefere staing at one of these rather than at gran estanplaza! Besides this although I made my booking on internet through Booked.net hte reception could not find my booking which was strange!!

The very best thing is the staff, they are extremely kind, helpful and friendly: Rodrigo, Flávio, Alexandre, Fabiana, Remédios, and all others whose names I do not remember. They are the very best asset there. A also like very much to have a DVD gadget in the bedroom.

The meals prices: they have the same menu in all the hotels of their chain, with the same ingredients and presentation; however, the prices are quite different and in Gran they are much higher. I am sorry, but I consider this a form of theft. Another thing I dislike is the pillows, they sink when we put the head, they are too soft.

The breakfast here offers a wide variety of options, including fruits, meats, and juices. 🍊 The service provided is top-notch and the parking is conveniently located nearby.
